All the thangka and non-thangka paintings displayed on this site are the sole property of an artist himself. The images may be copied online but may not be reproduced in print or on a CD-ROM without written permission from an Artist. Federal copyright law prohibits unauthorized reproduction by any means and imposes fines for violation.
Privacy Policy and Credit Card Information
No information we collect for order processing or from inquiries is shared with any other company or website. It is only needed while creating an account with us. Your information is only used to contact you when necessary, or to provide news, special offers or invitations to participate in customer surveys or testimonials. You may opt-out of receiving non-order related communications on our Unsubscribe page from within the email you receive.
Credit Card information is only used to bill you for products and services ordered. We have no knowledge of your credit card details since the PAYPAL(as a payment gateway which uses the latest secure server technolgy) is taking care of business we do with you. Your order is submitted and retrieved with a secure connection to our server and remains secure at all times.
Shipping
During the checkout process you will be asked for your shipping address and you will choose the shipping method you prefer. The website will then calculate your shipping charges exactly or we'll let you inform by email for any other options available to send the paintings.
Payment
For reproduction thangka and non-thangka paintings,we will deliver them according to the shipping method you choose or for most within 6-7 days. BUT, for commissioned thangka paintings, after you place the order, it'll take months of time to finish it and deliver it. Commissioned thangkas will be accomplished within 2-3 months of time. As soon as I receive order for commissioned thangka, i'll finalize the deal by contacting you either by phone or email. Once I start the painting, you asking for refund or any other charges to claim back the order would be violation of agreement between you and me.
